HEALTH

In English we have been working on a project that involves health. We were suppost to pick 6 categories of theese 12: water, fruits and vegatables, grains and carbohydrates, dairy products, fish-meat-eggs-beans and nuts. fat, vitamins, caffeine, physical activity, sleep,sugar or teeth. I chose: water, fat, sleep, vitamins, fruits and vegatables and dairy products. I read about these catagories in a book called Action and took the most important things about it and wrote it down on a poster. 

This prodject was really fun and I whould be happy to do it again. Many of the facts I read about, have been told to me by my mother so I guess that I can't keep on ignoring them LoL
